Professionalism and Telematics

We've already introduced telematics in the livery trade - the question I've got is how does this impact the professional image of the livery operator?

How does company chatter in the cabin impact the image of the driver?  We know the driver needs to communicate with dispatch, but if you're an active limo company the noise can be a distraction to the driver and detract from the professional, competent image of the driver, which will detract from the company image as well.

Telematics will address not only the basic communications need, but it will augment the communications with Global Positioning data and more.
